Марина Балыш родилась в 1981 г. в московской семье интеллигентов. С детства ко всему, что касалось творчества относилась серьезно: изучению французского, игре на фортепиано, к занятиям спортивной, а затем, художественной гимнастикой. В подростковом возрасте Марина даже пела в Гнесинской опере… И всегда стремилась все сделать так, чтобы нравилось самой, чтобы сказать себе – вот это мое. К 14 – ти годам ясно было одно – нужно искать себя в творчестве – но в каком? Получалось практически все, но хотелось быть совершенно свободной, творить, сливаясь воедино с гармонией мира.

Festival Of Russian Art (Kon-on-the Loire)

It's the second time Kon is receiving the festival of Russian Art which will last till the 13th of August. Yet it's just the beginning, but not a bad one.
Groups "Shaitan" & "Serebryanije Struni" are performing. The idea of a Festival on the whole is wonderful and it became possible with the help of town's administration, professional liceum Pierre Chauvenar and Linguistic Center which has been recently opened as part of it.

The new tele-project "ProSvet" has been launched on the "Russia" canal. Launching of new shows used to be a common thing, particularly in autumn. Somehow "ProSvet" attracts attention with two uncommon points at least. The first one - the aim of it isn't thoughtless entertainment or lottery with sponsor's prizes, but looking for the genius", that's it! The second one - the founders of it are - DMITRY DIBROV and BORIS GREBENSHIKOV(BG). The latter is attached to TV project for the first time. So we may expect surprises.

The path of creative work is endless and often lacks logics. But art critics wish to place an artist into a well-known niche, compare him with someone, attach some label and later study the phenomena. What is Marina Balych?
Born in Moscow, Russia, she began her drawing & painting studies at 13 with a wonderful professor - animal painter Kukunov M.M., who used to repeat: "One can teach any human being to draw, but it's impossible to teach anyone to be an artist. Artist is an independent character, who is constantly in opposition to the life routine and tries to speak his own language to the people who don't want to listen to him. It's a very difficult task." He was the first to notice an artist in Marina.
